This package includes 10 hours of job coaching and support to newly hired employees with disabilities. Our job coach will accompany hired employees to worksites, help them get familiar with the new routine or role, and provide individualized assistance assigned tasks. They will also train site mentors and support employers with accommodation planning and implementation for the long-term wellbeing of the employee.
